Shipping Policy
This Shipping Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms related to freight, logistics, and delivery services provided by Allevia HK Limited to the Client.
1. Freight Charges
Freight charges are indicative only and may fluctuate due to peak periods, demand surcharges, or carrier adjustments. The final chargeable weight of any shipment shall be determined and confirmed by the airline.
2. Additional Costs
Any additional costs, including but not limited to excess weight fees, fuel surcharges, or handling charges, shall be borne solely by the Client.
3. Conditions of Carriage
All shipments are subject to the applicable Conditions of Carriage as defined by the carrier.
4. Customs and Documentation
The Client or Consignee is responsible for providing all necessary documentation, declarations, and assistance required for Customs processing. Lead times for delivery may vary depending on flight availability, Customs clearance efficiency, and other operational factors
5. Third-Party Logistics
We may engage a third-party logistics provider (“3PL provider”) to fulfil shipping and delivery services. Once the shipment has been dispatched, we shall not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss of goods or property (including any Product) while in the possession or custody of the 3PL provider.
6. Risk and Liability
The Client acknowledges that shipment-related factors, including Customs delays, brokerage requirements, or unexpected regulatory fees, are outside our control and remain the Client’s responsibility.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or internet outages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
